Resilience Coaching and Reflexology
Sanchia Aronberg is all about helping and supporting you through life’s ups and downs. STRESS is believed to trigger 70% of visits to doctors and 85% of serious illnesses. Reflexology is classed under a complementary therapy treatment. Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, involves the application of pressure to specific points on the feet. Our bodies are consistently trying to get into balance, healing the body through these points can improve that balance in our bodies. More about reflexology: As well as improving balance, reflexology promotes five key areas including relaxation, reduction of tension, aids sleep, improves mood and increases wellbeing. Alongside reflexology, I can also offer resilience coaching as stress affects our mind and body. My chaos to calm programme offers a unique experience of coaching conversations and reflexology for balance. My clients need regular stress relief to feel calmer, more productive and strategies to cope better with life’s ups and downs.

Are you feeling a bit frazzled at the moment? Feel like you have had to adapt to everything that has been thrown your way recently? My name is Louise Gardner, and I specialise in helping women get back in touch with the innate inner strength that exists within. I use RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy) — this method has been developed by Marisa Peer— to help my clients to get that inner strength feeling back again. The method uses the power of hypnotic regression to be able to investigate the root cause of the presenting issue and to help make sense of it. To find out more please contact me by email to arrange an initial call to discuss the process further. Why don’t you see if this healing approach sounds like a good fit for you?

Ed completed a degree specialising in acupuncture augmented with complimentary techniques. As a member of the British Acupuncture Council, Ed exceeds the highest ethical standards and works to strict local and national health and hygiene guidelines. Ed spent considerable time working in the NHS (specialising in pain elimination and reduction through acupuncture) at Broomfield hospital. This has given him an even greater insight into ways in which acupuncture can be used in conjunction with Western medicine, as well as a standalone therapy.
The World Health Organisation gives a comprehensive list of conditions that respond to acupuncture treatment. Acupuncture research is now increasing at over twice the rate of most other medical fields (over 13000 studies from 60 countries in the last 20 years). Clinically, good results are seen in many areas as acupuncture works through many biochemical, signalling and anti-inflammatory mechanisms. These areas include: stress, worry, anxiety, insomnia, pain, headaches, migraines, mood, immunity, fertility, menstrual and menopausal difficulties, muscular-skeletal function, restrictions, injury rehabilitation, IBS, bloating, nausea, and reflux.
One of the strengths of acupuncture is its approach to treatment. Each session is tailored to the individual and Ed loves explaining the mechanisms at work from a traditional Chinese perspective alongside Western medical views and this helps patients become proactive about their health and empowers them in their recovery.
